Contact forms collect your surname, first name, email address and telephone number so that we can respond to your questions.

Satisfaction questionnaires, completed at the end of the course, are used to collect :

- testimonials and overall score, which are published on the public website (if agreed) with photo and first name.
- the marks awarded for each item are processed for statistical and communication purposes.
- Comments are processed internally for improvement purposes.

The success stories are distributed with the consent of the people concerned, obtained mainly through email exchanges. The data collected can be rectified or deleted on request.

Business plans drawn up by trainees on courses leading to a diploma are kept by the school and made available to all trainees during the course only for the duration of their course.
